Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Shipping Options
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, but some orders may take additional time for packaging, or order review. We will contact you when your order has shipped.
Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of Reds Bike Shop. If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Note: With original proof for purchase, refunds and exchanges will be accepted for unused/unworn and unwashed products only. All tags must be attached and product must be complete and in original packaging. If packaging is damaged, a re-stocking fee may be charged. All refunds will be made in the same format as the original purchase. We reserve the right to process cash refunds over $150 via cheque within 1-3 business days.
Note: Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on these items as they are considered 'Final Sale':
- Clearance or discounted items are considered 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Helmets, eyewear, undergarments and edible products are 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Parts and accessories that have been installed (or attempted to be installed) or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Bicycles are 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Bicycle tubes and tires are 'Final Sale' and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Special orders or custom orders/work are 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note: Labour fees are not refundable.
How to process a return
Please contact as regarding your return or exchange as quickly as possible and within 30 days from your date of purchase. This can be done in person or via phone or email. You can find store hours, addresses, email, and phone numbers on our Store Locator page. We can help facilitate the return so that it goes as smoothly as possible.
Note: You are responsible for all return shipment costs, and shipments sent via COD (charge on delivery) will not be accepted. Please contact us BEFORE shipping any items back to us.
Note: In the case of a defective or mis-shipped item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for replacement and the return shipment.
Note: No refunds will be processed until inspected in-store to ensure they meets the eligibly requirements. If the item does not meet return requirements, you will be given the option to pick-up the item or arrange to have it shipped back out to you (at your expense).
Note: Reds Bike Shop is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping, so we recommend purchasing tracking.
Warranty process
Reds Bike Shop does not offer warranties on products directly, but we work closely with our suppliers to help facilitate repair or replacement on items still covered by the original manufacturers warranty. Final decision on the warranty claim status is in the hands of the manufacturer and we cannot alter or supersede this in any way.
Prices & Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us.
